Tegengas voor de Nederlandse eigenaren van FASE I en FASE II
Afgelopen vrijdag hebben we een toelichting gehad van Gerard Salters en Gerard der Kinderen op de ontwikkelingen op Sol en een introductie van Dr. José Amerigo.
De volgende AMG is uiterst belangrijk door de ontwikkelingen t.a.v het eigendom van Sol AG en de overname door de Bank Santander en de keus van de voorzitter.
Met name de keus van de voorzitter van de Communidad, omdat het gaat over de waarde van onze investering op Sol. Als voorzitter moeten we een keuze maken tussen Miyuki Pleece en José Amerigo.
Voorzitter.
Miyuki Pleece heeft geen verdere introductie nodig; we kennen haar al bijna 2 jaar als voorzitter en ze wil de ingeslagen weg van verbeteringen voor de bewoners onafhankelijk van Luis Martinez verder vervolgen.
José Amerigo is voor ons een nieuwe kandidaat. Hij kent Luis Martinez al jaren vanuit Santander en is nu ook hier door Luis Martinez aangesteld als vertrouweling.
Op dit moment loopt Luis Martinez dan ook bij de Spaanse appartement eigenaren van Sol te lobbyen voor José Amerigo. Met José krijgt u een soort Luis light als voorzitter en blijft alles bij het oude t.a.v. de Statuten. Het is maar dat u dit weet bij uw keuze.
Budget.
Wat het budget betreft het volgende.
We hebben een tekort dat op 2 manieren kan worden overbrugd:
- Door verder te bezuinigen op de uitgaven, of
- Ervoor te zorgen dat de betalingsachterstand wordt weggewerkt.
Als we niet willen dat de waarde van onze appartementen op Sol nog verder achteruit gaat, moeten we in geen geval de voorgestelde bezuinigingen accepteren, dat werkt averechts. Veel beter is het, om meer energie te steken in het verder terugdringen van de achterstanden. Er zijn ideeën over hoe dit met meer succes zou kunnen door een speciale Task Force Repo.
Statuten.
Het laatste belangrijke punt zijn de Statuten.
Iedereen is teleurgesteld over de trage gang van zaken bij de Spaanse Rechtbanken, maar daar mogen we Pedro niet de schuld van geven. De nodige stappen zijn gezet en nu moeten we geduld oefenen. Miyuki wil hier gewoon mee doorgaan.
Van één ding kunt u verzekerd zijn: José Amerigo als voorzitter moet dit van Luis Martinez onmidellijk stoppen. Dan zijn we weer terug bij af en hebben een unieke kans om dit voor eens en voor altijd beter te regelen gemist.
Konklusie:
Kies op de AMG voor Miyuki, omdat dit voor uw investering verreweg het beste is.
Om met Danny DeVito in de film “Other Peoples Money” tegen de aandeelhouders te zeggen: I am not your friend, I am your ONLY friend.

Opposite opinion for the Dutch owners of FASE I and FASE II
Friday, 9 March we have had an explanation by Gerard Salters and Gerard der Kinderen about the developments on Sol and an introduction of Dr. José Amerigo.

Especialy the election of the President of the Communidad is important as it has to do with the value of our investment on Sol. We have to choose between Miyuki Pleece and José Amerigo.
President.
Miyuki Pleece needs no further introduction as we know her for almost 2 years as Chairman and her policy is to continue to improve the situation for the owners, independent from Luis Martinez.
José Amerigo is the new candidate for us. He knows Luis Martinez from many years in Santander and also here on Sol he is appointed by Luis Martinez as his confidant.
At this very moment Luis Martinez is lobbying at the Spanish owners for José Amerigo.
With José you will get a kind of Luis light as president and the legal action by the Association for improved Statutes will be cancelled immediately. Good to know before you make a decision.
Budget.
Regarding the budget as follows:
We have a deficit which can be solved in 2 ways:
- By further saving of expenses, or
- Make sure the arrears will be eliminated.
If we don’t want the value of our apartments on Sol to be further deteriorated we should not accept the proposed reductions, this is the wrong way. Much better to put more energy in a further reduction of the arrears. We have some ideas how this can be done by a special Task Force Repo.
Statutes.
The last important point is the Statutes.
Everybody is disappointed by the time consuming follow up by the Spanish Courts, but we shouldn’t ‘blame Pedro for this. The necessary steps are made and now we have to be patient. Policy of Miyuki is to go on with this. Of one thing you can be sure: with José Amerigo as president he has to stop this legal actionunder order of Luis Martinez immediately. Than we are again back to zero and have missed a unique opportunity once and for all.
Conclusion:
For the value of your investment on Sol. Miyuki is by far the best choice.
