Pases Piscina / Pool Passes

Están a disposición de todos los propietarios los pases para la piscina en la oficina de la Comunidad. Aquellos propietarios que no pudieran recogerlos en persona deberán enviar una autorización por e-mail a comunidad.solandalusi@gmail.com indicando claramente el nombre de la persona autorizada, el nombre del propietario y la vivienda a la que los pases están adscritos. Por favor cuiden los pases porque no se repartirán más.

Passes for the pool are available to all the owners at the Community office. Those that could not pick them up themselves can authorize somebody else to do it by means of an e-mail sent to comunidad.solandalusi@gmail.com in which it has to be clearly stated the name of the authorized person, the name of the owner of the property and the property that the passes are allocated to. Please do care for your passes because no further copies will be distributed.

Progresos / Updates

Estimados todos,

Llevo desde que acabó la Junta General queriendo daros la últimas noticias sobre los progresos realizados pero entre Semana Santa y fiestas varias nos hemos retrasado un poco. Pedro está haciendo progresos con el agua. Me refiero al agua de riego y al agua potable, ya que parece que hemos estado pagando de más en ambas partidas.

No tenemos más noticias sobre las repercusiones del cambio de titularidad a favor del banco en la Comunidad. Mientras tanto, estamos creando una Mancomunidad que gestionará los gastos tanto de Fase 1 como de Fase 2, de forma que éstas no se vean asfixiadas con gastos generales del complejo.

Hay varios motivos que han hecho que se retrase el acta de la Junta General, por lo que os pido disculpas, pero en cuanto la tengamos iniciaremos otras acciones.

Dear all, 

I have been wanting to update you on events since the AGM but unfortunately with Semana Santa and Bank Holidays we have been somewhat delayed.  Pedro is making progress with water.  I refer to our irrigation water and our drinking water supply as it seems we have been overpaying both accounts.

We have had no further news about what impact the bank's repossession will have on the community.  Meanwhile, we are setting up a Mancomunidad which will combine the expenses of both Fases so that neither Fase 1 or Fase 2 is overburdened with general complex costs.

Various things have served to slow down getting the AGM minutes out, for which I apologise, but as soon as we have them, other actions can be started. 

La piscina exterior - The outdoor pool

El pasado año abrimos la piscina el 17 de Mayo. Desafortunadamente el alto coste de los socorristas ha hecho que el comité decidamos posponer la apertura de la piscina dos semanas, hacerlo a principios de Junio. Ricardo está buscando ofertas para ver si podemos conseguir los servicios de otra empresa a precios más competitivos.

Last year we opened the pool on 17 May but unfortunately the cost of lifeguards means that the board have agreed that the best course of action is to delay for two weeks until the beginning of June 2012.   Ricardo is looking to see if he can find another company who will provide a more competitive price than that which we have been paying.
